SODIUM – PRO SALT CAPS – MINERAL SALT CAPSULES
Sodium is crucial in sports, as it’s lost in significant amounts through sweat. On average, 987 mg of sodium are lost per liter of sweat, although this varies from person to person. For intense and prolonged workouts, an isotonic drink alone isn’t enough to replenish it. Therefore, an extra supply in capsule form is recommended, especially useful for those who lose high concentrations of sodium.
With the recommended intake of approximately 500 ml/hour of Isodrink & Energy (295 mg) + 1 or 2 capsules of PRO Salt Caps (310 mg/cap.), athletes can be sure to meet their sodium needs lost during training and/or competition. Furthermore, sodium intake is essential to prevent hyponatremia, which is a decrease in the concentration of this mineral in the blood plasma, thus contributing to dehydration.

Highly assimilable organic sources: Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium are provided in the form of organic salts (Citrates and Gluconate respectively) whose bioavailability is greater than using inorganic salts such as oxides, carbonates, etc. commonly used for their apparently greater contribution of the mineral in question and their lower cost.
Directions for use: Take 1 to 3 capsules per hour during physical activity.
You can also take one capsule approximately 30 minutes before physical activity.
